IP属地 支持纯真和阿里云市场接口
纯真IP去 需要去官方申请授权才能下载自己的库，获取自己密钥 点击获取密钥 把下载的库改名为 qqwry.czdb 上传到 /public/assets/Ipinfo/ip
PS: 如果只想精确到省份（目前只支持阿里云） 修改 extensions\plugins\Ipinfo\app\Services 下的 CmdWordService.php 查找并去掉 .$info['city'] 和 .$info['city'].'市'
3.0.0 后 要自己加入下面代码才会显示 加入位置 /themes/你用的客户端/components/post/section author.blade.php 一共三个地方 {{-- Post Location --}} 上面
